Since 2008 our mission has been to provide consulting and management to a wide variety of public
and private companies to better their renewable energy future and impacts to climate change.

At the Forefront

The Hunter Group, LLC was developed in 2008 in part from the growth of both renewable energy technologies and market interest in renewable portfolio standards. The Principal, Mr. David H. Mauney IV had already been instrumental in developing several renewable energy projects that included both electric power generation and renewable natural gas (RNG). His unique background in developing renewable energy projects both domestically and internationally set the stage for The Hunter Groups future.

Project Experience

Business Meeting

2018 – Design/build ownership and redevelopment of a hybrid 1500 scfm membrane/PSA RNG plant / 1.0 MW power plant in Tennessee. This redevelopment is the only hybrid facility in TN.

Brainstorming

2019 – RNG Coalition Steering Committee, and Legislation Group. Instrumental in both state and federal legislation for GHG emissions reductions with RNG.

Business Meeting

2021 – Consulting for second major expansion of RNG facility in Louisiana with advanced RNG processing capabilities and technology. Results will be 3rd largest supply of RNG in California Transportation Market.
